ABOUT US

Since 2011, we have been on a mission to continuously produce exceptional beer, honouring tradition, yet made for the modern world.

From our humble beginnings in Toronto’s iconic Junction neighbourhood, the brewery now calls a former City of Toronto 1930's art-deco incinerator home. Affectionately known as 'The Destructor," the building was decommissioned in the 80's, used for raves in the 90's and beautifully restored for us in 2018. This award winning heritage building is the perfect spot to enjoy part of Toronto's past, hangout in our taproom and of course sample great, fresh beer.

The growing portfolio currently consists of a wide variety of beers, RTD's and non-alc beer... and while lagers are kind of our thing, we love haze, playing with classic styles and of course we can’t forget our flagship beer, Conductor’s Craft Ale.

In 2022, we made a number of exciting changes, aimed at where we see the future of beer and craft beverage. Notably, we welcomed Woodhouse Brewing Co., one of Ontario's largest contract craft beer brands into the family and rebranded as Junction Craft Beverage Co. to better reflect the larger and more diverse set of products we offer from both our own brands and for other exciting brands we produce for.

Today, we are a true beverage production business, specializing in beer, non-alc beer, functional beverage and RTD's. We have an awesome team of skilled individuals that love what we do, obsess about quality and take pride in ever litre we make. We continue to invest in our brewery to ensure we make the best craft products we can.

We hope you like them...

LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

We acknowledge that land we sit on is the traditional territory of the Seneca, the HuronWendat, and, most recently, the Mississaugas of the New Credit. This territory is covered by the Dish With One Spoon Covenant, an agreement between the Haudenosaunee and the Anishinaabe peoples to peaceably share and care for the lands and resources around the Great Lakes.
